Iowa's awesome

When we went to the Iowa state fair there were a lot of animal barn's. There were cows,pigs,horses and sheepys! The 

sheepys were so awesome. But a lot had there wool shaved off. If they had no wool they would have an awesome coat on. The coats had really cool design on them. When we saw the pigs a pig show was going on it was so cool. But when me and Sam tried to close a gate that was open so the pigs couldn't get out. Sam slammed the gate on my fingers shut. It hurt so much😭! 

We went to cows first and it really stunck in there. All the cows were really smelly. There weren't very many of then. Last but not least we saw a few horses.  There weren't very many of them eather. A lot of them were gone to. 

   Went to the rides we got a rist band that last utill 5:00. Instead of getting tickets that would only let us go on a few rides. We went on a tilt a whirl and a double Ferris wheel. That was like a Ferris wheel connected to a nother Ferris wheel. We went on a ride called a scramble and it was so fun.  

It was awesome. Me and Mikayla went on a giant drop down. It was a bigger version of the drop down I went on with Sam. The Iowa state fair was one my favorite things and I really in joyed it.

Sam's musing #4

At the Iowa state fair, I went on lots if rides. I liked the Peter Pan fun house. First you had to run through a spinny wheel, then there were two mirrors. If you put your arms out they were really skinny. If you put them up they were fat.  Then you went upstairs and downstairs that were moving, and a moving platform. 

I played a game where I had to hit a hammer and make it ring a bell. I won a big green blow horn.  

On the roller coaster, you went up and spun and went down on a turn and up fast, then swirl around.  You went around 3 times. I almost came our if my seat.

I went on the drop ride with Isabelle, it was fun.  We did it a few times.

We also did another fun house where you could spin and it had a platform that moved up and down and stairs that moved!  It also had spinny platforms, and crazy moving cushions.  You went down and walked forward and went in a big hamster wheel, and then there was a hill with spinning wheels before you went out.

Iowa Blogging

After driving for 3 1/2 hours we arrived at the state fair. Once we parked In red goat isle we all took a golf cart shuttle to the fair. We bought an armband that was 25$. Us kids each got one. The armband was like unlimited tickets up till 5:00. We did that cause the tickets were 1$ a piece. My favorite ride was a double Ferris wheel that was connected and as the spun them selves the whole thing spun. It was awesome. After five o clock we went to see the butter cow. Along with a butter Abraham Lincoln. We went to some farms after that. Finally we took a tram to a Lego exhibit by this really cool roller coaster called crazy mouse. Crazy mouse is a roller coaster when you sit in a half barrel and you spin around while your on a roller coaster. It was so fun. Although we couldn't ride again because the tickets were 5$ a piece. 

We went to the Lego exhibit. There were some Lego people made out of Legos they were the size of actual humans. There were also some little thing that you put a string on and rip then you hold and let go. Boom. Mom talked to the guy in charge and he said the Minnesota state fair would be going on and they'd be there.
